Board meetings

The Board meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm on Zoom. Owners and members are welcome to attend and can join the discussion when the President recognizes them. The next meeting, minutes and treasurer reports are on the Board meetings page.

How directors are elected

  • Directors serve three-year terms. The Board has three groups of four, so four seats come up each year.
  • Elections are held at the Annual Meeting on the third Sunday in May.
  • The Nominating Committee proposes candidates. Any five members can also nominate someone in writing, delivered to the Secretary before the Annual Meeting starts.
  • A director can serve two terms in a row, then must take three years off before running again.
  • Officers are elected by the Board at its first meeting after the Annual Meeting.
  • If a seat opens mid-term, the Board fills it until the next Annual Meeting.

Any member in good standing can run for the Board. The details are in the Bylaws, Articles 4 and 5.
